Textured Scene
Create a 3D campfire [Lagerfeuer] comprising some logs [Holzscheite] and
rising flames. Render the flames using one or more polygons with alpha-blended
textures (use the maximum blend operation instead of the add
operation to simulate light emission). The campfire can be rotated on the
screen. Make sure that the flames are visible from everywhere. A possible
extension: The flames are animated, for instance by using a sequence of
images or by using a cellular automaton or turbulent deformation.
